Volunteer Opportunities

Welcome to ADHA’s Volunteer Web Page! This page has been designed to answer questions and provide all the necessary materials to encourage ADHA members to pursue volunteer leadership positions in the association. We welcome your input. Do you have an experience to share with interested members? This page will soon be featuring testimonials and yours could be among the first.

Any active members interested in serving on an ADHA council, committee, task force or in some other volunteer capacity, should express their interest by completing a bio-data form. Before appointments are official, volunteers must complete a consent form, conflict of interest and disclosure form and sign the rules of conduct, all of which can be accessed below. Questions should be directed to Karen Caspers at (312) 440-8900 (ext. 213) and Irene Jones (ext. 226) in the Executive Office.

Bio-datas (application for appointment to national position) for appointive office are accepted throughout the year, with the president-elect confirming most appointments in the spring.
