Student Presentations and Awards Program

Better known as the table clinic and research poster sessions, the Student Presentation and Awards Program is a great way for you to grow professionally while contributing to your profession.  For a Table Clinic, 1-4 students present a review of literature of a current trend of theory in DH in a provocative and educational way using a display board, brochures, and up to 7minute presentation.  For a Research Poster Session, 1-4 students present original research through a poster and 5 minute presentation.  1st-3rd place and Honorable Mention winners from each category are recognized at the Awards Luncheon immediately following the competition. 1st – 3rd place winners will be presented with cash awards and a matching grant for their respective school’s Student Chapter.  The 1st place presentations in both categories will receive $1000!

Please note, due to the growing interest, space will only be reserved for groups who have completed the Student Presentations and Awards Program application process.  This includes the application, registration fee, and awards luncheon form.  Space is limited and will be given on a first come basis to applicants who have completed the application process.  Application process must be completed by March 31, 2009.
